Preventive health services are a major part of our practice. We have a long-term interest in the options available as alternatives to hysterectomy. In addition to various medical and hormonal therapies, we offer minimally-invasive, endoscopic gynecological surgery (endometrial ablation, presacral neurectomy, and myomectomy) performed by laparoscopy or hysteroscopy. Diagnostic Hysteroscopy is available as an in-office procedure with a site-specific anesthetic block. We also have begun a team program with interventional radiologists to provide uterine artery embolization to treat symptomatic uterine fibroids. |
